Aten Design Group is seeking an energized, personable, and organized Marketing Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado.

You are an excellent communicator, extroverted, high energy, organized, and you love talking to people about their work and ours. You love to write and edit. You have experience preparing and executing marketing campaigns. You are excited about the big picture as well as the details of connecting with people. You like planning events ranging from happy hours to week-long conferences. You enjoy working with a team. You take your work seriously, own your responsibilities and care about the impact it has on your co-workers, our clients and the world around you.

About the Position

The Marketing Manager works with the VP of Business Development to execute and refine our marketing processes. This includes managing and contributing to the company blog and social media accounts, handling printed and promotional material, coordinating our presence at conferences and presentations, and planning company events. Some travel to conferences and trade shows will be required. Strong writing and editing skills are a must.

This position is expected to play an important role in shaping and expanding Aten’s marketing efforts. You will be responsible for implementing systems to reach new potential clients and employees.

You will be working with an amazing team of designers, developers and leadership, as well as with current and potential clients. A positive attitude, great people skills, and the ability to multi-task are vital.
